I live in Massachusetts and was researching a local florist in Michigan to deliver flowers to my niece. I went with Wishing Well based on their website which was quite informative. I called and spoke to the owner Becky. She was so nice and accommodating. She listened to me and what I was looking for, and delivered a gorgeous bouquet to my niece. She followed through with everything she promised. I highly recommend this business.

Becky was so very helpful. Even though they did not have the item I was looking for, she made several calls to me in an effort to help me. GREAT customer service!!!! I would definitely recommend.

I missed a surprise delivery of flowers to my home, the driver would not leave them as it was to cold out. I called the shop and the owner herself was so very nice (she was already closed for the day by the time I called, but she answered), I told her I did not know who was sending me flowers, she asked if she could read me the card, which I said yes , they were from my sister in honor of our deceased fathers Birthday, the owners decided after I told her what the flowers were for that she would bring them to me herself!! I call that awesome customer service !!!
