Momentum Construction + Design

Momentum Construction LLC is a remodeling company established in 2010. They specialize in providing exceptional customer experiences, quality craftsmanship, and efficient processes for both residential and commercial projects. Known for their dedication to client satisfaction, Momentum Construction takes the time to understand individual needs and work collaboratively to find the best solutions. They are praised for their creativity in problem-solving, especially when unexpected challenges arise during projects.

The company's team, including project managers, carpenters, and trade workers, is highly skilled and detail-oriented. Clients consistently appreciate their clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to balance desired outcomes with budget considerations. Momentum Construction uses online tracking software to keep clients informed throughout the project, making the process transparent and easy to follow. They have successfully completed a variety of projects, such as kitchen remodels, bathroom upgrades, and sunroom transformations, including a modern multipurpose room built from a dated sunroom addition.

The team is professional, careful, trustworthy, and reliable, producing beautiful results with top-notch quality work. The entire experience is described as exceptional, from the initial meeting to the final punch list. The owners and project managers are accessible and attentive, ensuring no surprises or delays. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has earned them positive reviews and referrals from satisfied clients in the Ann Arbor area and beyond.
