Kim (middle aged, glasses, brown shoulder-length hair) is extremely rough with the hairbrush. She kept hitting me in the face with it every single time she stroked my hair. Was she mad at me? Her vibe was off. She is not as kind as the other stylists that I have had in the past (why this post is at least getting three stars).
She was trying not to make it obvious, but was making snide remarks. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication with the front desk, but she didn't even know that she was shampooing and cutting my hair. The front desk girl made her believe that I was just getting my hair straightened without washing it? I am going to avoid going to her at all costs next time (if I decide to come back).

I see Angie whenever I come back into town from Florida and every single time she cuts my hair perfectly!! She and the rest of her staff are amazing. If you want a haircut thats always on point and sure to get you compliments COME HERE!!!!

Kirsten is my girl! I find most stylist have a habit of doing your hair thier way and don't listen to what your asking for. Kirsten pays attention to your vision. After all, that's what your paying for. She is great with color as well.

my hair was chopped completely unevenly!! Called the owner and she wants to cut it even more to make it better??? I have no more hair in spots to cut! She wont even refund for a hair cut… and was extremely aggressive over the phone. 240$ for this!

I visited Dylan for a facial and lash tint and she was fantastic! She was friendly and not overly chatty so I was able to relax and enjoy my services. I love that she includes a shoulder and neck massage with her facials! Dylan was also really knowledgeable about the product line and benefits of the add on services they offer. I highly recommend treating yourself to a date with Dylan!
