We were interested in getting a cleaning and inspection of our furnace. Although we didn’t request an emergency visit, we were very happy that they were able to schedule us within 2 days of calling. The guys were really pleasant, efficient and professional. Both of them entered and introduced themselves and explained everything in full detail. I would highly recommend them!

Our AC went out on a Sunday when temperatures outside were near 95° with high humidity. I had a feeling many people were experiencing similar issues in the area. I called BJ’s first thing Monday morning and it was explained to me that it might be difficult to get someone out the same day due to all the calls that have come in over the weekend. However, Debbie called me back just before noon and said good news. We will have someone come out and take a look at it today. The technician came out, knew exactly what to do.
