“A few years ago, my wife and I bought a 1970's cottage in the UP of Michigan. All the windows were single pane and a real pain in the pocketbook as far as winter propane consumption. After a lot of remodeling, it was time for new windows. I called several companies. Either they didn't respond or did have what I considered to be a quality product. Pella was the opposite. Bill Clutter, in Petoskey ,responded almost immediately to my text message. I had many questions, over several weeks, and Bill patiently and promptly replied to each one. Even on weekends. He worked up quotes and, when I changed my mind, he work up another without hesitation. He was truly helpful but not leading or upselling.We are pulling the trigger on new windows this year, with Pella, because of Bill's professional behavior.“
