A few years ago, my wife and I bought a 1970's cottage in the UP of Michigan. All the windows were single pane and a real pain in the pocketbook as far as winter propane consumption. After a lot of remodeling, it was time for new windows. I called several companies. Either they didn't respond or did have what I considered to be a quality product. Pella was the opposite. Bill Clutter, in Petoskey ,responded almost immediately to my text message. I had many questions, over several weeks, and Bill patiently and promptly replied to each one. Even on weekends. Bills expertise and knowledge of his products is outstanding. I know people who have used other vendors and I can guarantee that they did not have the same results that they would have if they had chosen Bill!

Bill was on it, very accommodating and courteous, he went out of his way several times for me, even ran out to the jobsite AND looked up information on the previous Pella order I had placed with him 10+ years ago to match it up perfectly! Outstanding quality and service!
