Stillwater Health is amazing! The Pilates group class was easy to book online and fun for any skill level. The new location is clean, spacious and very relaxing. Gwyn was fantastic; I'd like to try the massage services next.

If it's Ashiatsu massage you're looking for, Gwen is the best! Not only is she good at her profession, she is a genuine, kindhearted, sweet person. I'm looking forward to attending more of what Stillwater Health Studio has to offer.
