Gwyn is the best massage therapist I've ever seen. She doesn't waste time getting to the root of your issues. (Once I went in just for an elbow massage because of my tendinitis from playing violin and it helped soooooo much!) She is not a chatty MT but will gladly talk/listen to you if you want. Awesome awesome awesome. Also her studio is not freezing cold! Always a plus 😆
Gwen is AMAZING! I go to Gwyn to help with recovery from Crossfit. As a fellow athlete I love that she understands exactly what I need and why. And she is so calming and encouraging. I highly recommend her!
