Very knowledgeable, professional and fair prices. We continue to use them as needs arise. They are also very easy to deal with if you are seasonal and have any issues.
I started using Ballard's last year and am really pleased with their service. The tech they sent to my home, Jason, is professional and knowledgeable. They are fast to respond and stand by their work. I would not hesitate to use them for HVAC or plumbing needs.
