The tech showed up the same day, performed preventative maintenance, ordered a part that had failed, and returned with the part 2 days later to complete the process. All is working well now.
Ballards was recommended to me from another one of my local contractors when I was in a panic & they certainly did not disappoint! We lost water pressure completely on a frigid Thursday morning. Being a home baker, with events scheduled to go out on that Saturday, they came to my rescue very quickly! Ezra, Chris & Todd were very friendly & courteous & worked quickly to get my small business back up & running as soon as possible. Rhonda in the Service Department was also an angel who not only understood my panic, she made sure the job got done ASAP! Ballards did a great job installing our boiler several years ago as well as two mini-split air conditioning and heating units. They provide excellent follow up service as well. Their prices are reasonable and fair. Very reliable!
