My son has a milia on his cheek that is being stubborn to remove. Jay and Hailey were so kind and helpful, they put ice cubes in gloves to numb the spot before working on it. They made what could have been a really painful and scary experience very doable for my 3-year-old. Really appreciate the great care!
I was very satisfied with my experience. I was able to get an appointment right away for a concerning growth on my chest. Dr. Cotter removed what he believed to be a cyst and sent it in to pathology. The entire procedure was painless and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Cotter and his team.
I was very disappointed with my phone call to ask for a visit for a reoccurring problem and was told I could not see anyone until October. I got in my car the next day and drove 15 miles to the office on Lake Grove road and went to the front desk and said I need an appointment. I told the receptionist that I was told if my problem reaccured I was to come back. The receptionist said just a minute. She returned and said you have an appointment in 90 minutes. Why did l have to make a special trip to get an appointment?
