Needed a gym for my vacay up north and I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place. Molly and Kendall were sweethearts and the entire gym atmosphere was electric. People were awesome and friendly and the facility was clean. More for the old-school lifter type. Loved all the portraits and older classic equipment you won’t find at a planet or other commercial type gym. Looking forward to another visit , 10/10 ??

This is more than a gym, its a place where you feel a sense of family and community. The backbone of this feeling is the man behind the front desk on weekends, Gabe. This guy will go out of his way to make you feel good, and aid in your overall workout. 10/10

They have all the machines and free weights you could ever want. They used to be really friendly, but lately I've noticed policies have gotten more rigid with the new owners, for example the attendants are no longer allowed to change TV stations. Also the water fountain has been out of service for months and they keep promising they will fix it.
