Friendly and talented staff. Kari always does an amazing job grooming my toy poodle Winsten. He seems to like her too which is a plus. Would definitely recommend this place to all pet owners.

This place was Tremendous!!!! They took great care of our kittycat, Matchka who was fighting mammary gland cancer. The woman who was running things was an Angel and let us visit her every morning. Matchka hissed at her & everyone else but this amazing woman lived Matchka regardless and took extra special care of her. I would recommend this place to everyone. Matchka had a better view than we did at our resort because she had a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan out her gigantic window.
