My husband and I went downtown Petoskey to try to authenticate a necklace we purchased online. We first went to a jeweler on Mitchell Street. We were told it would be an almost 200 dollar authentication fee and it wouldn't be worth it because it's likely costume jewelry... We decided to get a second opinion at Arlington Jewelrs and I'm so glad we did! We were quickly greeted and after explaining what we wanted, they looked at our necklace right away and confirmed the gold and the diamond within minutes! I will definitely come back for any future jewelry needs!

My husband and I really enjoy Arlington. Chris and Stan (before retirement) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Because my ring can’t be resized, they were able to solder little nubs which is even better bc they can be removed if I ever need to in the future.
I am always so happy with my ring cleanings as well.
