There’s been a lot of wells going dry in southern Monroe county and Wilder was about my only choice. I never like it when there’s only 1 or 2 contractors to choose from because customer service may not be the best. I was a little worried about the service I might receive from Wilder. Let me just say I was very happy with their customer service. Tom and Scott were great to deal with. With all the wells going dry I knew it might be awhile before they could get to me. My old well was 80ft and I had good water and was worried about getting sulphur as they drilled deeper. They were able to get enough water at 115 ft and called it good. They trenched the new service from the new well to the house which was about 40 ft and hit one of my sprinkler lines that wasn’t marked but they fixed it for me before backfilling and they hit the Frontier Fiber line which was not marked. We tried calling Frontier for 4 days and MissDig to get someone to mark the fiber which controlled my TV, internet and security cams. This was not Wilders fault and my water was more important than internet.
The only downside was we had to wait 5 days which again everyone’s wells are going dry so we had to wait our turn. When the crew showed up they were onsite about 9am and worked till dark about 6pm. They came back the next morning and trenched the service in and hooked it up to my existing service. My water pressure was awesome and the water quality was also great! Overall I was very happy with Wilder and would recommend them for well issues!

I called when they were closed and left a message. Within a few minutes of them opening the next business day I got a call back. We discussed the issue, then called back a few minutes later with an arrival time. The tech showed up in the time frame I was given. Got right to work. When he was finished everything was cleaned up and taken away. Very professional and personal, work was done in a very timely manner and looks great and works better than it ever has. Thank you.

Jason from Wilder came right over within minutes of my phone message. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He found that we had a bad well pump. He replaced that and added 6' more to our depth of pump in the well. He also monitored the amount of water our well was able to produce and matched the pump to that quantity. He installed the correct size diameter pump so that the high iron content in our water would not cause a future issue when pulling the pump if that should ever occur again. He was very knowledgeable and polite and his quote for work that needed to be done was accurate. All the work was completed and we had running water within a couple hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with well issues.
