I've been attending this gym for 15 plus years and feel its time to give a review. I like that its open 24/7 to accommodate any schedule and that I can access multiple locations in the Kalamazoo area, as well as Paw Paw.
My son and I worked out here and it’s a very nice facility with high-quality equipment. The owner Aaron is a very nice guy and it’s my son‘s favorite place to go to workout with friends or by himself.
This gym is well-organized, and has a great variety of equipment for every type of workout—strength training, cardio, and functional fitness. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they keep the space tidy and safe. I also love that the atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating—everyone from beginners to experienced lifters can feel comfortable here. The hours are convenient, and the membership feels worth every penny. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a consistent and positive place to train!
