I recently had Great Lakes Pondscapes install a solar aeration system on my 1 acre pond. Their staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with finding that right product and completing the installation. They went above and beyond with exceptional customer service to make sure the product was setup correctly and the multiple day launch cadence for the aeration was successful. Overall i had a great experience and the product has been working independently 24 hrs a day on solar power.
You can tell a truly great business when they advise you to buy something elsewhere. I had a delightful conversation with Melanie, who gave me tons of info on building a duck pond, and suggested I get a liner from them and a sump pump from a hardware store. It’s hard to find that kind of honesty and integrity in a business these days. Thank you, Melanie!
Picked up a bunch of pond supplies today and that place is fricken awesome they got it all and the folks there were super friendly and helpful! I won't go anywhere else for my pond supplies! If u have a pond this is the place to go!
