Service Rep arrived during the assigned time slot and promptly began working the problem with our furnace. He was polite and helpful, even with me looking over his shoulder and asking questions (LOL!!). I was very satisfied!

Adam installed a whole house humidifier on my furnace today . He was there at the appointment time and communicated clearly about how long it was going to take.
