We take our 2 dogs here regularly. The staff is super friendly and we've always had good experiences. I especially love that they do not discriminate against bullies/puts/staffies, as many groomers do have breed restrictions. I have nothing but great things to say about them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer in the area. :) James and his staff are just amazing ?

My son and I brought my 2 Danes into parchment poodle to have their nails cut and trimmed. Amazing job and great work. Thank u very much I love coming to your business and you all are so very friendly.

Cannot recommend this business enough! We recently moved to Kalamazoo and found The Parchment Poodle through co-workers. My pup has had poor experiences with groomers in the past and has been anxious from our recent move. The groomers that greeted us were kind, patient, and extremely understanding of my pup's needs. She explained everything that they did after his appointment and even gave him a free bandana. This is the happiest I've ever seen him after an appointment, and he was even running around playing with other dogs at the shop. This is also the fastest we've ever had an appointment completed.
