“I’ve been going to Dr Brown probably 15 years or more, who likes going and looks forward to getting their teeth done,? I do I told my hygienist that, the week of my appointment, I’m not going to Brush or floss, that way she can work on my teeth longer, we both got a chuckle out of that, I really Like Ala, Dr Brown always says flush those teeth with lots of water ?“

“I always get the best care at Dr. Dennis' office. Today Sally cleaned my teeth. She is delightful. She read all the chart notes and so she knew my preferences. She explained everything as we went along. Partway through the appointment Dr. Alva stopped in to check with me about work done a few months ago. He listened, and we had a good exchange about the health of my teeth. You cannot find better dental care than in this office with all the doctors and staff here!“

Receptionist Ginger is a sweetheart. The offices overlook a creek & have bird feeders out, which is calming. Glad we switched from WW, who was recommending unnecessary procedures $$$.“

“The facility is very nice and clean, and I have had an excellent experience with the people who work on my teeth. However, I have billing issues almost every time I go. I received a call before my appointment and asked if I would need to pay anything and was told no. Upon going to checkout after the appt, I was told I hold a balance. Christine was combative and would not listen to what I was saying and also let her k ow I had another issues last time in office about a billing issue. She tried blaming my insurance, yet the insurance company was the one who straightened it out because the billed the wrong insurer. She lacks communication skills and it’s sad to have such issues when I am pleased with everything else. The other lady working beside her is much more friendly and actually listened to me. They need to be more upfront and should have discussed this while on the phone with me. In my opinion this office is questionable with billing as it a problem Every time. Not for just me as other family members have told me the same thing has happened to them. I appreciate the care they do for my teeth but hope they work on the lack of customer service and billing skills.“

“Dr. Allen across town scared me as a child (there’s nothing wrong with him lol) so I moved practices when Dr. Duffy when she started her own. Have been with her ever since (~18 years). She is a gem and her staff is nothing but kind and helpful.

Edit: one huge downside, practice does not take state/gov. insurance; I had to find a new dentist after 26.“

“The office staff has always been very accommodating and kind to my family. We have 3 kiddos ages 5 and under and they do a stellar job of scheduling them at the same time and keeping the environment fun and relaxing. My oldest needed to have a filling and Dr.Jodi was on leave so he saw Dr. Deppen. He was so kind to my son during the entire process. I was worried that he would no longer enjoy going there after his filling, but it was an amazing experience. The staff goes out of their way to help me when I’m juggling the kiddos on my own. I’m very happy to have my kids in dr.Jodi and dr. Deppen’s care.“
