I was able to get in to for a cleaning faster from being on the cancellation list. I had Amanda as my hygienist and she was great at explaining what she was doing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I have been going to Drake dental for some time now and they are always very organized and thoughtful.
Lexie is a fantastic hygienist, patient and interested in everything my daughter shared, asking questions and explaining good dental practices. My 9 year old was like, can we see her every time?!?!
I switched to Drake Dental after going my small town dentist for over 20 years. I had no idea that the dentist didn't have to be this super uncomfortable experience before switching to this place. I've now been going here for a few years and have had several hygienists at both Portage and Kalamazoo locations that have all been kind and made the cleaning as easy as possible. I also had my wisdom teeth removed a couple years ago with Drake Dental with no problems.
The staff has always been friendly and easy to work with. They do stay busy though, so scheduling long in advance definitely does help.
