Dr. Collard is the best. She has given excellent care for my mini doxin. He has had a list of issues and has gone above and beyond concerning his care. He was treated like a family member.
All I can say is wow!! This place is fantastic. My 2 year old cat was choking a lot so I wanted to get him in somewhere quickly. Northside got me in the same day! When I arrived for my appointment I first noticed the beautiful landscaping. When we walked in we realized the office is split into two sides, one for cats and one for dogs. This is AWESOME! Before my fiance could even take a seat we were being pulled into an exam room. In less than 45 minutes he was checked out and we were able to receive negative results on a heart disease test, concluding that his coughing was likely allergies/asthma. Started going to Northside when we moved to Owosso & I have nothing but great things to say. I have a 11 year old Labrador, 3 year old German shepherd and a 1 year old Saint Bernard. Northside always takes great care of my boys. I also appreciate they always can work with my banker hour schedule & today I had a emergency my shepherd broke a toe nail but it seemed much worse than that at a time & they got me in without hesitation last minute call on Friday morning. Staff is kind and I’m so happy to go there with my dogs. Thank you.
