Alex came to my mother-in-law’s house. Had everything fixed within an hour. I didn’t feel overcharged. It was a pleasure meeting him and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them if you need good reliable plumbing services I highly, highly recommend calling them!

My furnace went out at 3:30 AM. I contacted Lamphere’s at 8 AM when they opened. They arrived at my house within a half hour after calling and took care of my furnace problems within an hour. They were very professional, very polite and they actually cared about my problem, not just about making money. They did not try to push any extras on me and fixed only the problem I needed and the pricing was very reasonable. Their service man Adam was very polite, clean and professional. He came into my home and professionally performed his job and when he finished I was left with a nice warm house. I rate this company five stars’ they cannot be beat hands down. Not sure why this company doesn't have 5 stars. Every time I call them they arrive quickly, are always friendly, and do great work. Recently my water heater sprung a leak. They were at my house within an hour of calling them. Another hour later and we had a brand new water heater. Andy was great. Poor guy had to work in my spider infested, musty basement. He did an amazing job. Thank you again Andy. I'll be a customer for life.
