Since they are open 24/7, this helps those of us that may not be able to get there during "normal " business hours. The owner has been making improvements, slowly, but I'm happy with that. It's just too bad there are bad people that try to take advantage of the kindness

Great place. Id like to ask donators to VOA to stop leaving items (especially furniture). Not only does it trash this fine establishment until i can come clean it up, it also costs VOA $150-300 to dispose of the trash. If it doesn't fit in the box don't leave it.

Open 24/7 and very clean. The machines are very fast. Everyone there was so friendly. I loved that they had chairs, huge wooden tables to use and plenty of carts. I needed to launder a comforter, and hate going to laundry mats period. That being said, I was in and out pretty painlessly. Toys for kids, little stands, hangers and you can donate free items while your there. Lot's of machines and the ones I used worked great. I will be returning to wash my large items.
