Basically, I love this gym. Everything about it. It's only 0.5mile from home, 24 hr access, the amazing staff, big selection of equipment, towels for when you're sweaty, and never feeling out of place. I tried planet fitness and never felt like I belonged. OHF definitely raises the bar!

Quality gym with solid staff background regarding fitness training. Clean facility and equipment with good climate control despite hot, humid weather on the day of my first visit. The stack & pin-select resistance equipment is a little outdated, but it is well maintained and was good to go ergonomically. I was impressed with the breadth of options for exercise. The equipment mix allows training of all muscle groups with sufficient variety to avoid repetitive stress injuries. Nice clean gym! Love that once your a member it's 24/7. Lots of workout equipment to chose from. Ellipticals and treadmills are very nice. Love that they have fans, TV and music going. It's nice there's remotes to change the TV channels as well. The cubbies to store your things, coat and shoes is nice as well.
