We have had true green since May. Eventhough we started a little late and we're not able to benefit from treatment for preemerging weeds our weeds have significantly declined and our lawn looks lush and great. I am extremely satisfied.
Tru Green completed servicing my lawn today. They originally came out one week before but did not service the back yard because the gate was locked, as I did not get a call to inform me the day before. I submitted my feedback on survey and immediately received a call from a representative stating they would repair back fence/gate if necessary ( previous tech tried to enter gate and pushed barricades away from gate). Thankfully, the gate and fence were ok and Tru green serviced back yard today as promised. Thank you Trugreen for your dedication to customer satisfaction.
