I have the luxury of living here it's been very nice hiding in this little community over Pandemic. ???.Respectful community with people who care about their homes. Employees who are polite. ?❣️I have a beautiful big home that I raise 6 kids in, SO thankful for my home over COVID. ?❤️Home school momma. Don't send my kids to the Oscoda School District. Read the history.My kids can play here and they are Safe from criminals. For now at least. I assume eventually we will have gates to our community.Lots of new visitors looking for homes. I just love it here. We moved in December from across the lake, directly across from the boat launch. We really wanted a small house on the lake over here but our house sold the first day we put it on the market. I was very upset not knowing where we would live and I have always loved this area. So here we are. Our boat is at the causeway, no more pulling weeds and docks and cleaning a 4000sf house. We sure downsized to a 1520 sf home sweet forever home. The neighborhood is so well kept. One thing I do wish is that there were a place to put our jet skis in for the summers to leave in. I had heard a rumor of possibly doing this at the beach club??
