There are a couple of spots that could look better than what they do but natural Lawn has been very good and responsive to our inquiries and suggestions in fact our application tech Orlando has been outstanding. Pros good pay and always reliable unless it's the winter and you have to get unemployment
Cons winters days could be 24 hour shifts and your cold and exhausted but still get a call two hours later after you just got off
Pat is a great owner tho and he definitely cares about his employees
Everyone trys their best for those bonuses in the winter the rules go
If you don't miss more then 3 days of winter work then you get a bonus
Con so many drug addicts that are the temporary workers for the winter people that come off the streets an are high on hard drugs and carry sometimes so it is not much the work is dangerous but the random temp's that are
But definitely would work here again if I lived near here
