Chad and his co-worker arrived ready to inspect previous work and as soon as I stepped outside, they pulled up their masks. Then, there was one additional repair that needed to be completed. Rather than do just that simple repair, Chad determined that relocation of the downspout and enlarging the same, was needed. This was done with forethought and consideration for the well being of our home. Thank you!!!

Chad was very responsive to our inquiries, and made arrangements to give us a quote for a relatively simple job even though we were in Alpena & his company is in Onaway. Chad didn’t try to sell us more than we needed, but asked good questions and made recommendations that saved us a lot of money. When they came to do the job, both Chad and Jeremy were extremely pleasant and personable. They took time while they worked to get to know us, and genuinely seemed interested in us as people, not just as a paying customer.
