Got some amazing customer service here a couple weeks ago, I wish I would’ve gotten her name cause she really deserves some recognition. I was on a time crunch, and I was looking to replace my red lipstick and was getting low and old. Unfortunately Ulta doesn’t carry that brand anymore, so I was wandering around aimlessly trying to find something I would like. This employee came to my rescue. I told her that I had KVD lipstick before and I wanted something similar that was bright, matte, long wear, but not too drying. Asantewa did my curly haircut yesterday and healed the trauma of a past bad hair cut! She talked me through the whole process and did a great job at making me feel heard and comfortable. She was awesome and I’ll definitely be going back to see her for my next cut, along with sending my friends her way too!
So there was this one time right (hehe) that I needed a little help with some beauty stuff ya know what I mean! Couldn’t be happier about the help I received from Paige and the staff at this location. Keep it up ladies! Also side note my daughter tried on ALOT of their sample make-up in about a split second when I was checking out. We had a great laugh when she finally looked up at me outside lol
