Got into a car accident the day prior, the receptionist was friendly and great with assisting me in figuring out everything I needed to bring in for my auto insurance to cover my appointment. The doctor was amazing, if I ever have to go back to urgent care I will 100% be going here and requesting him as my doctor.
This is the urgent care I go to in Okemos. They are prompt, the facility is clean, the caregivers are knowledgeable and personable. I've had multiple good experiences with this location.
Updated my review to include that I was called to pick up my kid from school at 11:02 and by 11:43 we had already been seen here and she had her first dose of medicine to help with her allergic reaction. This place is awesome.
I had something in my eye For several hoursthat was very Painful. I came to the facility was seeing a doctor within 10 minutes of my arrival and he quickly took care of the problem, relieve the pain, gave me a prescription for eye drops. I was grateful and impressed.
