I have used RediCare for “sick baby” emergencies multiple times over the past couple of years for my toddler son because he’s pediatrician is in Ann Arbor. The doctors and nurses are absolutely amazing with children. They’re kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, fun, and thorough. I’ve never been disappointed, never had difficulty getting an appointment (and sometimes just “walked in”), and we’ve never had to wait too terribly long. Kyle Cook, NP and the RediCare intake staff are the best. I will continue to visit RediCare concerning emergency care needs for my toddler when we can’t get to Ann Arbor. My doctor never had openings when I truly need them, so redicare is where I go. I am always processed quickly and treated well. I had a case of bronchitis, that was quickly diagnosed and on my way to recovering.
