Therapy there was great! Thank you Missy, Joanne, Eric and Xavier - and the receptionist, staff.
I was in a world of hurt, not realizing where the source of my pain was coming from. Added to that, I had vertigo, which made some positions impossible but Missy got rid of the salt rocks (?) in my ear canal and the dizziness was gone and has not come back. As a person with severe allergies, it's always a possibility!
My arm exercises, also carried out at home, impressed my husband so much, he does them with me.
I will be calling on them to reroute me, if need be, in the future ☺️
The ORS Okemos office is excellent if you're looking for a clean environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Morgan, Krista, and Joanna were all fantastic to work with, as were all the assistants and the front desk staff. The exercises truly helped improve my core strength and tightness in my back. They also regularly updated my home exercises to reflect my progress. If I ever need physical therapy in the future, I’ll definitely come here!
Awesome staff, awesome results! I had to walk with a cane for close to a year even after PT at a different place for over a YEAR. Went to ORS in Okemos for a few months and now have full mobility. So grateful to have found them.
