I noticed my AC was not working last night. I called Northwinds and they were able to get out to my house this morning to take a look at our unit. Cody ordered the replacement part on the spot and should have it fixed quickly. Cody was very professional and answered all of my questions competently and professionally. I highly recommend Northwinds. Cody was my tech and he was amazing!

Our technician was Jacob and I cannot say a enough good about this young man. I think North Winds should more representatives like this young man for their company because he is awesome. He not only was prompt and knew what he was doing but he was courteous, polite, professional and patient. He advised what his recommendations were and did not pressure anyone to choose to go forward with the maintenance suggested only gave information so that an intelligent decision could be made. I appreciate it his patience most of all because my mother is in her mid-80s and tends to get a little sidetracked on what we're trying to do. He was very sweet. We were having issues with our ac cooling our home properly, and Jacob the hvac tech came in and did a thorough inspection of our system figured out the problem quickly got us back up and running, and the company backed his diagnosis and honored a no charge call even after unit was installed 2 years ago, I respect and would recommend this company to help with you heating and cooling needs, Thank you again Jacob for your knowledgeable service.
