I wouldn’t listen to the awful reviews. My mother was going here for years up until she passed. They took very good care of her. I now go here. I have non stop chronic pain and this is the only place that would take me as a patient. My doctor is very understanding considerate and I wouldn’t ask for any other doctor. Any concerns I have about my health she’s on top of it. without this place, I wouldn’t even be able to have a some what normal life.

My first visit went well, I was scared at first due to all the bad reviews however I made an appointment online and when I went in it was good, the Doctor was nice and friendly, kept conversations going to make me feel more comfortable, I was a bit suspicious because she wasn’t dressed in scrubs and stuff but overall it was an good experience.

Dr. Smith is wonderful. Great doctor, no complaints about her. She never makes you feel like a number. Answers all your questions.

Now, facility-wise, it could use some updates. Marks/stains on the walls. I'm not even sure I saw molding on some of the walls/floors. I kind of got that dirty feeling? Maybe that's just me, but it doesn't necessarily feel clean. Depends on what room you get... maybe?

Staff-wise, it's been a rollercoaster. Took me 3 good tries just to become a patient because the front desk staff was having a lot of issues and dropping my appointments. Since then, it's been hit or miss if you can reach anyone to answer...read full review
