We had our entire main floor redone with luxury vinyl tile. We love it! The manager, Tom, was very fair and accommodating. The 2 installers, AJ and Roger, were very conscientious and precise in their work. It felt like they were always making sure that they were making that week easier for us, such as finishing the closet so we could get stuff back in, and cleaning up at the end of the day. When I look at all the details of our floor, I can’t find a single flaw. Even the 2 guys who put in the quarter round at the end, did a thorough job. I don’t always do company reviews, but it felt like this experience was positive enough to do so.

I give Carpet Studio ten stars! From the moment we stopped at the store and met Alex service has been excellent. Alex was polite, friendly and helpful. He showed me what was available for what I was looking for and then let me look at samples for as long as I needed and then guided me through rest of the process. Everyone I worked with was fantastic! Buck and Todd the carpet installers were great! They arrived on time, installed the new carpet, moved furniture back and picked up after themselves. If I am ever in the market again for carpet I would asked for Alex, Buck and Todd to do the job!!

Every aspect of working with Katie and the Flooring American-Carpet Studio team was excellent. We have purchased and installed three rooms of carpet. The carpet is high quality and reasonably priced. Buck and Todd installed two rooms in an afternoon, absolutely fantastic work, even vacuumed before they left. This experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend this store.
