I've been with turf tenders for about four years. They made a mistake and fertilized over a seeded area. Which made my seeding project no good. When I told them of the situation, they promised an aeration and complete reseeding for my whole lawn in the fall at no cost. They came out yesterday and we're true to their word and did a great job. They seem to be late in the lawn applications and our last treatment they didn't even let us know they came. We had nothing on the lawn or a notice in the door. If we hadn't seen them we would of never know (until I get a bill). We have a dog and it is clearly marked on our fence. The service has not been the same as previous years, might have to change companies.

After an equipment malfunction the technician came out and resodded the affected area and reseeded the entire backyard at no cost to me. It is how they handled a situation. I will renew.
