In order to provide customers with the most gorgeous greens around, at prices they'll love, the team at Turf Tenders has been devoted to offering the best ground maintenance services in the Detroit Tri-County Area. Specializing in lawn care and maintenance, pest control, and tree and shrub care, their professional and experienced team will provide personalized service and stay in constant communication every step of the way.
Customers have been pleased with the quality of Turf Tenders' work, noting that their lawns look better than their neighbors' after the company's treatments. While some customers have experienced occasional inconsistencies in service, the majority have praised the company's responsiveness, transparency, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Turf Tenders' team has been commended for their willingness to address any concerns and provide explanations for their services, demonstrating their genuine care for their clients.
Recently, the company handled an equipment malfunction very well by sending a technician who resodded the affected area and reseeded the entire backyard at no cost to the customer. This level of care shows how Turf Tenders manages unexpected situations. Many customers mention that Turf Tenders is the best among other companies they have tried, especially praising the thorough fertilization process. Customers also appreciate that the same team and technicians are consistently involved in their yard care, ensuring quality and familiarity. The use of quality fertilizers promotes healthy soil and lush lawns, making Turf Tenders a trusted local company that customers recommend confidently.
Overall, the surface is good, but they charge me for a mosquito spray and kept calling me and I told him I didn’t want it and I end up having to pay one half of For the mosquito spray was not good, but overall the service is good, but I really didn’t appreciate that
Fantastic company!
Make sure that any instructions you provide this company are done in writing through email. The office manager Craig will forget to notate instructions on your account. Also be aware that your services will continue year to year and will start up the following year without them notifying you. YOU MUST CALL THEM TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICES OR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A BILL. I learned this the hard way after my father passed last year. Bottom line is do your homework BEFORE hiring this or any lawn service company.
