Since my last review the customer service has declined tremendously. I hate to even call this location for anything. So they’ll never get my money again
I dropped my daughter's new frame off to have her script put in on the 4th. I get a text a week later on the 11th at 5:58PM saying her glasses are ready and I can come pick them up. They close at 6:00PM😐. I go in the next day to get them and no one can find them anywhere.... because her order was put in under someone else's name. Which left THEIR script in my daughters frame instead of her own. So they had to send them back and we have to wait yet again. I told them it's ok, mistakes happen, it could have happened to anyone including myself. They tell me they're going to put a rush on the order for the inconvenience and everything would be fine.
