Whilst traveling, I acquired multiple bug bites of unknown origin during the last few days of my trip. I didn't see any bed bugs, but I also didn't see what bit me, so I wanted to take a cautious approach. Upon return, I placed my luggage in my garage and sought out a canine bed bug sniffer to inspect my luggage. Luckily, I was able to get a same-day appointment at another company. However, the dog kept focusing on other scents in my garage (I have a cat who hangs out in there from time to time but who was not present) and didn't want to focus on sniffing my luggage. As a property manager, I can't say enough good things about Pronto. Trish and Chris are absolutely amazing, and the office staff is always kind, professional, and efficient. They are timely, dependable, and truly care - even showing kindness to the critters they catch. We honestly don't know what we would do without them!

I’ve used them for probably 20 years now and I’ve never once thought about trying someone else. I manage apartments and they eliminate any pest I end up getting.
