I have often heard of the mysterious 'guy' who everyone but me seems to know. It takes one call, they show up, and fix the problem for a reasonable amount.
Lance Owens is that guy. He showed up same-day on a Saturday, diagnosed my problem, provided me options, and came back on Monday once he could get the equipment. He is kind, professional, informative, and communicative, and to top it off, a local, small business owner. Even though HVAC issues can be things of nightmares, I'm not going to worry anymore. I've got a guy.
Lance was so quick to fix my AC during 95 -100 degree temps outside. He was easy to communicate with and fixed my AC so fast! He's honest and straight to the point. Highly recommend! I trust his expertise and will use his business in the future.
Lance kept me updated via text and phone leading up to his arrival at my home. I appreciate this work ethic being a business owner myself because I have schedule changes too. He assessed the problem with my fireplace and was able to repair it pretty fast. I’m very pleased with the quality of his work and excited to now use my fireplace this winter on those chilly nights.
