We got through the 4th of July fireworks, then wake up at 8am on July 5th to our roof being worked on. She's petrified. I'm stressed. She's stressed. It's not great. I came outside to figure out a way to get her out and honestly.... I was not my best self.

Sean met me with compassion and empathy. He proceeded to regularly clean a path outside our apartment to ensure there were no nails, stopping to do so more frequently than the other spots. He gave me his cell so I could contact him before I took her out. He pet her when she was excited to see a stranger. I was blown away.

And then - as if that wasn't great enough - he remembered and texted me when they arrived a few weeks later to do the gutters.

I had several leaks and needed a few things corrected. He was professional explained everything he was doing and also taught me how to light the pilot. “On December 5th 2026, I called Richards & Swift to have someone come out and give me an estimate on a roof replacement. About 15 minutes later, I get a call from Jim Swift and he says he could come at 10:00am if I’m going to be home. Jim shows up on time and does about a 20 minute tour of my roof. He comes in and gives me a no nonsense quote of 3 prices…good, better and best depending on which shingles we decided on. A deal was made and the roof was installed 2 days later on December 7th. The dumpster, delivery of the shingles and the roofers all showed up before 8:30am. The crew worked long and hard all day and our home looks beautiful. Everything was picked up afterwards making sure it looked just as it did when they arrived. I would recommend this company with a 5 star review and would not hesitate to use them again.“

We had a little water leak through the ceiling from before and they fixed it and painted the whole ceiling with such care, covering the whole floor and furniture before painting it. Bob who was in charge of the entire construction kept me very well informed coordinating all the work crews concrete,building,siding,electrical,gutters,garage door. Special shout out to Dave (building crew) Jeff (electrical) both great and professional office staff all very nice friendly highly recommend IAC for any project.
