I had a pleasant experience in the beginning really enjoyed going with Jesse last I heard he was taking time off, after that I haven't been completely satisfied, the reason being is mostly do to their website. When you go book an appointment it tells you one thing takes payment but once you arrive it's a different story. I made an appointment with Leo at the Canoga location when I arrived they told me they couldn't see me that Leo was moved to a different location. I was told to drive to the Ventura location that he will be there once I arrive he tells me that he is swamped and can't see me despite them taking my money. I highly recommend Frankie at Catch a fade. I recently moved to Woodland Hills and one of my biggest concerns was finding a good barber as my last barber was amazing. Frankie had some big shoes to fill but he sure did fill them. I'm glad I found Frankie and he will be my go to barber from now on.
