Of all of the training professionals I have worked with over the years, none of them has even approached the level of knowledge and expertise Nate possesses. Nate has a unique ability to analyze the mechanics of the body and determine root cause of the issue or challenge along with a plan on how to correct. He also can provide the data and science behind why the plan will be successful, which I find the most compelling part of his practice. I highly recommend working with Nate in your health and wellness journey.

Nate Furlong and his team are AWESOME at Well Fit life. They developed a plan for me to make me stronger and more flexible. I work with Nate personally and he is an expert on the human body. I am thrilled every time I am finished with a session with Nate!

I have been working with Nate at Well Fit Life for several years. This was my first experience with weight training. I am very active, and I feel stronger than I ever have before after working with Nate. He is an extremely talented as a trainer in a variety of modalities. I am 75, and I feel I’m gaining strength and muscle mass rather than losing it.
