From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly, helpful employee…Sara. Next, right in to see the doctor (Marc), who is friendly, informative and puts one at ease. Then ALL the help I could ask for, and then some, when looking for the right glasses and fit AND cost. Sara, Mia and. Whitney helped choose the best look for me, adjusted my old pair, helped get me the best price, since I don’t have optical insurance. I can’t imagine wanting to going anywhere else. Warby Parker Twelve Oaks Mall was easy to make an appointment and a quick drive away.

I went to the Novi MI store. Staff was incredibly nice. Lots of styles to choose from and frames were a good price even without insurance. WP didn’t accept my insurance but they submitted a reimbursement claim for us so we don’t have to! Overall great experience and would go there again.

Needed an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. Excellent optometrist working at this location and excellent staff. They took the time to help me pick out some glasses that fit my style and face. I haven't had that type of experience at other places I've been too. Highly recommend!
