I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jones, Dr. Kari, Sam, and all of the staff at Vet Select Novi!My dog is dog reactive and selective about being handled. They helped me be sure the lobby would be clear so we could go to and leave the exam room without issue. They sat with my dog and fed her treats and made her comfortable before her exam. They supported our choice to muzzle for appointments without assuming my dog is bad or aggressive.When I called in a few weeks ago about some minor symptoms in my dog, the admin staff were very helpful about letting me know at what point to make an appointment. I have been a customer of Vet Select Animal Hospital for over twenty years. Needless to say, I've trusted three of my Maltese to their care and they never disappointed me.
