We brought one of our pups here because they could get her in quickly. We had to make the decision to send her over the rainbow bridge at that time. The staff was amazing and did everything to comfort us. When we had our second senior dog that we had to make the same decision for, there was no question that we were coming here.
My cat murph recently had to have emergent surgery here & everyone was amazing. The nurses, doctors, and front desk people were all so kind. Having your fur baby have issues is scary in itself but everyone made it a positive experience. Thank you!
If you EVER have any sort of emergency please do yourself and your pet a huge favor and take them here. Last night I had to take my rabbit in for gut stasis. Not only were we taken into a room very promptly but the technician, Maureen, started the appointment off by putting my completely at ease. She was so sweet, caring and compassionate. She explained everything they were going to do for him very thoroughly and at the end she went over an optional more budget friendly outpatient plan with me, since emergency vet visits can be extremely expensive.
