We had another emergency with our cat who happens to be 19. We were scared and thought this might be the end for Pickle. Thankfully the staff was able to help him and we took him home that night. Everyone there was very nice and kind and explained what our options were. The place is very clean and comfortable. The price was not cheap, but unexpected being it was an emergency visit and everything that they did for him. I would highly recommend this place.
We took our Mr Jinx to them when his feeding tube came out. They attempted to put it back in but because of scaring, the sight was scratched and they couldn't stop the bleeding. I don't know who was more upset the surgeon or us. The surgeon had never had had this happen before. My sis in law also took her cat to them also and they were very caring and consoling to both of us.
We've been to Blue Pearl also, I will always go back to Novi.
This place saved my cat. We should've called ahead, but I was in panic mode and didn't even think to, but we brought my cat in due to labored breathing, and they took him in right away and immediately put him on oxygen.
Boone stumped the Vet for a minute, but eventually after x-rays, we learned he was in heart failure. Dr. Robertson delivered the news so kindly and explained every single outcome, option, process, etc. By a miracle from family help, we ended up being able to afford the ECHO exam from the cardiologist the next day, so Boone stayed overnight.
