I work with Adam and he is amazing. He specializes in corrective excersise. He helps me work out in a way that I won't hurt myself. When an area of my body is hurting, he shows me excersise to correct my movement to alleviate the pain. I have been seeing him for nearly 10 years and he keeps me moving.
I've been seeing Lilly for 4-5 months to address several golf related issues. It's amazing how fast I've recovered under her care; I'm already swinging again without pain. Definitely recommend her and the entire team for collaborating on my needs.
