I had a hair cut today and it was perfect. I had no idea on what style i wanted but swetha suggested me layers according to my hair type and was just right. Im glad to be here and would love to visit again

Sweta, I am writing this review after giving you and your business enough chances. I was your customer from the days when you had the beautician gig from your residential basement. Long before you completed your certification and bought Tres Jolie. I have been your loyal customer who has brought several new customers (continuing).
I don't know what has gotten into you, you forgot that I was a customer of Sweta- the beautician and not any random person at your salon. Since starting at the salon, every time I have contacted you for an appointment, and reached the salon, you send me off to one of your staff. This has happened multiple times, even when I tell you that I want my job done by you and wanted appt with you. It feels like cheating at the last minute. If you feel like the owner and do not want to do the jobs anymore, be upfront and don't fool customer into coming to salon and get served by some random staff.
And every such job has been less than satisfactory. Recently, I got a haircut and styling done by Julie, when I contacted you for an appointment. I had requested Julie to apply products as needed, and make sure the style stays for the night. What a shame, the style did not last 4 hrs long. Not only the money and time were wasted, my event was ruined because of the style/ curls falling open. I have had styling done at several other places, but never had such a failure.
This is it for me. You don't deserve my business anymore. I have always paid 20% regardless of the job/ quality/ staff. One of the key to successful business is to appreciate the loyalty of returning customers, which is definitely lacking at Tres Jolie.

I recently visited this Tres Jolie for a layered haircut and partial highlights, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and Sweatha did an amazing job—exactly what I had in mind for both the cut and highlights. The salon was clean, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited here with my friend for a shampoo and haircut! Excellent service! Swetha was our hair dresser! She went above and beyond to make my hair look absolutely stunning and just the way I wanted. She was very patient and professional in understanding my needs. Highly recommend this place! Will definitely be going back!

Great salon was able to accommodate my daughter as a walk in for a haircut. The hairstylist was patient and professional, listened to my daughter’s request and executed beautifully. Highly recommend!

Great place was able to take my daughter in as walk in for haircut. Clean salon, the hairstylist was very professional and patient listened to my daughter and executed beautifully. Highly recommend we will be back.

Don't get fooled by these 5 star reviews. We had extremely terrible experience with Swetha during our event. You're Indian yet you wont respect your own traditions, At one point she was threatening/screaming of getting paid more than what was discussed. who wants spoil the event environment by arguing with these kind of people. Once paid, she is very happy. By doing this (behavior) I am sure she lost about 9-10 customers from our family. If you do a good job, of course we will pay more dont need to ask. who wants to fight with a bride/groom during marriage? you are in need of money that much? I dont understand the point of talking ahead of these events to have common understanding. if you would've polite and waiting until event is done and expressed your concerned that would've been wonderful not just fighting like a kid infront of family for "extra money". Don't get confused with the name, this is not American owned Salon for sure. I really don't recommend her for any of our friends or family or even to a stranger.

This place is amazing!!! Had a custom facial. I left with relaxed with glowing skin and well pampered. One of the best facials i've had in the area. Will definitely be a regular part of my self-care routine.

Love my threaded brows by Swetha, won’t let anyone else do my brows, been following her from day 1, 40 minute drive worth the drive. Sorry, you actually have to click on the picture to see my brows, lol!
