The emergency department is extremely unprofessional. While dealing with mental health, you don’t stand there and make fun of them for being suicidal and seeking help. I hope the nurses that worked in the emergency room on Sunday, 5/19/2024 are ashamed of themselves. This is not the first time this hospital has done something of this nature. I will NEVER come here for anything.

Dr. Leo Bunting has the absolute worst bedside manner. I have never met such a rude, unprofessional heartless human being in 40 years. Took my mother in , who we knew was very sick, and was treated with the worst respect. He told me at least 5 times that my “Mother was ACTIVELY DYING and I needed to get in touch with reality”. All I wanted was my mom to be comfortable in her transition. I knew it was coming, I am not stupid I have been in the medical field for years. I have never been so disgusted in my life. This man should not be practicing medicine. He should be banned from talking to family members. I didn’t want him to touch my mother after that. Thank God we were moved where she passed away peacefully and in comfort. I am going make a formal complaint. Do not let yourself or anyone you love be seen by this man.

So far I got more help here on my evaluation visit than I got in six visits elsewhere. We need physical therapy to be more consistent from place to place and using more evidence-based practice like the Mckenzie method for low back pain. if you’re not getting the Mackenzie method, you’re not getting treated right .Doctors need to order that McKenzie method for low back pain and not just let it be up to the physical therapist and if they don’t have it there then you need to go somewhere else-good luck people

Dr Sorser and Dr Stawicks receptionist is so rude I'm surprised they even get new business over the phone to come in. She was rude to me and my mother multiple times over the phone when we were just trying to get information. She even mentioned not letting me come in just cause I didn't even know my insurance number.

Lots of convenient parking. This visit was to the dermatologists office on the 5th floor with Dr.Harbeck was pretty efficient and quick. He looked at what needed to be addressed and left the room. There was a script that needed to be called in, but it wasn't called in. We called a couple of times, and it's unclear if it went in or not.

Very nice staff! The nurses were fantastic. Very caring, kind and efficient. The doctor, mediocre, not overly caring and the procedure and process made one feel like they were on an assembly line. The doctor didn't appear to have any knowledge of past tests, the patient's condition, history and was very quick and rushed. The faculty, though, is clean, well-run and they did not make anyone wait. But, again, they rush the patient out the door too. So, 5-stars for the nurses, the infrastructure. 2-stars for the doctor and the rushed process.
