I recently discovered Perspire Sauna Studio in Novi, and wow—what a game-changer for my wellness routine! The staff were super knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to explain the different sauna options and customizing a session just for me.
I went for a 40-minute infrared sauna session, and let me tell you, it was pure bliss. The heat gently enveloped me, helping me detox and unwind like nothing else. The pricing is very reasonable, and they offer packages that make it easy to commit without breaking the bank.
